DMCI Homes launching 10 residential projects this 2019

DMCI Homes, the real estate arm of DMCI Holdings is set to bring the domestic real estate market more than P100 billion worth, a record high for the company, of new residential property inventory this year. 

The ten real estate projects worth P104 billion of DMCI Homes is far higher than the P28 billion worth of projects launched in 2018.

On the whole, DMCI Homes plans to launch 19,000 new residential units nationwide in 2019, once again, a leap from the 3,000 units launched in 2018.

Projects this 2019 includes Kalea Heights, the inaugural project of DMCI Homes in Cebu.

“We believe the DMCI Homes brand can do well in the competitive Cebu market,” said DMCI Homes president Alfredo Austria. “There’s wider acceptance of condominium living in the area and our projects offer great value for money.”

Other developments that are scheduled to be launched include Cameron Residences and The Cresmont in Quezon City; Parama Residences and Sonora Garden Residences in Las Piñas City, and Sovanna Towers and Allegra Garden Place, both in Pasig City.

DMCI Homes will also introduce The Camden Place in Manila and Sage Residences in Mandaluyong City. DMCI Homes is also determined to strengthen its presence in Davao City with the launch of Belleza Towers.

DMCI Holdings’ funding for these projects will come from a mix of internal funds and bank loans. 

DMCI Homes specialize in resort-themes residences and has been around since 1999. Since then, they’ve launched 73 projects. They first ventured outside Metro Manila in 2013 with the launch of Outlook Ridge Residences in Baguio. By 2016, they launched Verdon Parc.
