Books to Read During a Christmas Stay-cation

The best-selling novel is a fun read for all ages. It’s a mystery that leaves you wanting to turn the pages quickly, but without the anxiety thrillers can give you. Breakfast at Tiffany’s by Truman Capote
If you have the urge to read a classic, but don’t think you can commit to a heavy read – pick up Truman Capote’s most famous short story. The style of writing is easy to follow, and story itself will leave you longing for more when you’ve finished. Well, it’s a good book for Audrey Hepburn fans as well. The actual book contains more plots and details the Hollywood classic wasn’t able to fit in, plus you’ll be able to reunite with the ever so loved Holly Golightly. 

Big Little Lies by Liane Moriarty
Mystery, murder and mothers. The big 3 Ms are the central focal point to the heart thumping book. Think Desperate Housewives made into a mystery noir. This thriller was recently made into HBO series with commendable performances from Nicole Kidman and Reese Witherspoon. Thrill seekers will definitely love this read. *
