Dusit Thani Residence Davao for opening and partial turnover this 2019

Dusit Thani Residence Davao was just announced as ready for opening and partial turnover by the third quarter of 2019. This high-end project is headed by Torre Lorenzo Development Corporation (TLDC) and Thai hotel chain Dusit International in the Davao region. 

TLDC Chief Operating Officer, Maria Lalaine L. Regino, explained, “Meaning units for turnover are scheduled by floor, thus we will open the units based on schedule.”

The residential building has 174 studios and units with one to three bedrooms available. This residential building is adjacent to the 120-room Dusit Davao hotel which opened last March.

Regino says they are positioning the twin properties as the most upscale hotel and residential facilities in Davao City.

 TLDC is also working to develop more projects such as their Premium University Residences along P. Ocampo Street in Manila and Loyola Heights, Quezon City; as well as their Premium Lifestyle Residences, including Torre Lorenzo Malate in Manila, Tierra Lorenzo Lipa in Batangas, and Tierra Lorenzo San Fernando in Pampanga.
