Federal Land: Wins BCI Asia Top Developer Award
The prominent real estate developer, Federal Land, Inc., was awarded as one of the country’s top developers during the 2019 BCI Asia Top Ten Awards.
The BCI Asia Top Ten Awards is celebrated annually and awards property developers and architectural firms for their environmentally responsible projects. The selection criteria consider the sustainability efforts and confirmed green building ratings of their nominees.
Federal Land submitted The Seasons Residences – Haru Tower for the awards. This residential project is being developed by Federal Land as well as Japanese conglomerates Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. And Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Ltd.
This Japanese-influenced project features four towers, namely: Haru (Spring), Natsu (Summer), Aki (Autumn), and Fuyu (Winter). It is located at 8th Avenue corner 36th Street, Grand Central Park in North Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
It will also house one of Japan’s luxury shopping malls Mitsukoshi Isetan this coming 2021 (SEE: Mitsukoshi to open its doors in Manila soon)
