Eupe Corporation Berhad was founded in 1986 by Dato’ Paduka Beh Heng Seong and Dato’ Wira Tajudin bin Haji Hashim, in response to the Kedah State Government’s call to the private sector to undertake the development of low cost houses during the recession of the mid-1980s. Since that time, the company has become one of Malaysia’s most successful and trusted township developers, having constructed nearly 20,000 homes in the state of Kedah. As the company has grown, its focus has moved increasingly into developing high-quality, niche housing in one what remains one of the fastest growing areas of Malaysia. Eupe is now entering an exciting new era with the construction next year of its first residential development projects in Bangsar and Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. At the same time, the company maintains as its commercial base as a leading developer of townships, which has shown great resilience to fluctuations in the economic cycle. ding its own civil engineering and construction arm, property management and plantation arm, and a hospitality and resort division.
