Filinvest Land, Inc.

Incorporated in November 1989 as Citation Homes, Inc., the company formally changed its name to Filinvest Land, Inc. in July 1993. It was listed on the Philippines Stock Exchange on October 25, 1993 and to this day, Filinvest Development Corporation remains its largest shareholder. As a subsidiary of FDC, it is one of the leading real estate developers in the country. The corporation currently has over 100 projects located in around 39 cities and municipalities. Some of its projects include Sorrento Oasis, Claremont, The Levels, and Pioneer Pointe.
