LUM CHANG 's bio

Founded in Singapore, Lum Chang has grown from strength to strength since its incorporation in Malaysia in 1979 to become an established property developer and a leading contender in the construction business. To date, Lum Chang has developed high-end condominiums such as the Kuantan Tembeling Resort in Kuantan, Damansara Villa, The Forum and Wickham Manor in Kuala Lumpur. It also developed and built the prestigious Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC) which is now wholly owned by Sime Darby. In 2005, Lum Chang successfully launched two landed residential developments in Section 27, Shah Alam. Catering to two different markets, both were snapped up, a large part even before the official launches. Laman Seri offered 112 courtyard homes in quiet and private surroundings while Suria618 comprised 66 skylight homes within walking distance to schools and commercial conveniences. Both were completed and handed over to proud home owners way ahead of schedule. In September 2007, Lum Chang launched the much awaited 126-acre resort-styled Twin Palms in Sungai Long southeast of Kuala Lumpur. Exclusive, refined and highly stylish. Twin Palms sets new standards through the involvement of award-winning architects and skilled craftsmen. Creating landed Superlink Homes, Semi-detached Villas and Masterpiece Bungalows on a freehold, gated and guarded homestead with much of its undulating landscape and water features retained for wholesome living and leisure. Do check back with us frequently as the Lum Chang portfolio of developments offer answers that few can match elsewhere.
