Megaworld is a development company that is known for its Live-Work-Play-Learn concept. The company focuses more on building mixed-use developments that has residential and office buildings. Examples of these developments are:

Eastwood City – This is a seventeen (17) hectare development in Quezon City that is a community of its own. It has at least twelve residential buildings, at least three shopping malls, and office buildings almost as much as its residential condominiums. Office buildings are mostly (if not all) PEZA accredited so it is home to most business process outsourcing (BPO) companies like IBM, Accenture, Citibank and other popular BPO companies.

McKinley Hill – This is another township located in Taguig City, close to Bonifacio Global City. This development is a good mix of commercial, office and residential properties. The commercial center, Venice Piazza, has an Italian-inspired façade and even has a man-made canal that imitates the Venice Canal where people can have the full experience and even go on gondola rides.

Arcovia – This is promoted as the Philippines’ first “green” township located along C5, Pasig City. Aside from the usual mixed-use developments, this environment-friendly community will be having a thousand (1,000) trees planted around the area to provide outdoor thermal comfort to those that are in the area whether residents, office workers or even just visitors.      

Other than that, Megaworld also has individual properties both residential and commercial, and is known for its progressive designs and modern concepts that is mixed with years of development experience.

For three years in a row starting 2016, the company has been winning the Best Developer Award in the Asia Property Awards. Not only are they able to show their stripes in development, they are also excellent in communicating their campaigns as shown in the 2018 Anvil Awards. Megaworld won three (3) Gold Anvil Awards for Public Relations Programs on a Sustained Basis for Good Governance, Digital Campaign, and Public Relations Tools. While their e-publications and Eastwood City Weekend Gourmet Market as part of their public relations programs in entrepreneurship and job generation received the Silver Awards.
