Peridot Development Sdn Bhd was established in 2011 with experiences in architectural consultancy, property & construction and engineering industry. Although Peridot's presence in the competitive arena of property development market is still in its infancy, it is nonetheless led by an experienced management team, Gemar Jaya Development Sdn Bhd (GJD). Driven with passion in the building field, the company aims to focus on 3 main developments – residential, industrial and commercial. 

The company’s notable projects include Taman Nilam, Marq Bizpark and Nusa Series.
