Plenitude Tebrau Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Plenitude Berhad, is the developer of Taman Desa Tebrau. Since its incorporation in 1984, Plenitude Tebrau Sdn Bhd has received a few awards including 'Planning Excellent 2005' - Urban Planning Achievement in township development by The Malaysian Institute of Planners (MIP). Taman Desa Tebrau is a 965.73 acres mixed development township located in the Northern Growth Corridor of Johor Bahru. Properties being developed in this township consist of double storey terrace houses, shop offices, semi-detached houses, bungalows, condominiums and serviced apartments.
