Sterling Prima Sdn Bhd (SPSB), a subsidiary of Sterling Group, was incorporated in 2012 to undertake the first affordable home project in Cyberjaya named MasReca n19eteen.
 
 SPSB is a joint venture company by M.K.N. Group and Areca Group. The M.K.N Group company, which operates under the brand of ‘EMKAY Group’, has over thirty years of experience in property development projects. The Areca Group company was formed in 2012 by Mr Hamidon Bin Abdullah, who has been involved in the property development scene for two decades thru his public listed entity, Nadayu Berhad.
