Sun Land Sdn Bhd is jointly owned by investors from Malaysia, Australia and the EU. Its project, SunLand Residence, is the first of many projects to be undertaken by this group of investors who collectively has morethan 30 years of experience in property investments & development and other businesses in Malaysia and abroad, particularly in Australia. The foreign investors are answering the Malaysian Governments recent call to participate in the Malaysian property sector, and enjoy the initiatives and generous incentives recently offered by Malaysia.
