Much of the appeal of the KEN Damansara Trilogy lies in its affordability and value. The first of the trilogy, KEN Damansara 1, was launched in 2000 and received a response which indicated that KEN had met a demand for affordable condominiums in the vicinity. The property was delivered 10 months ahead of schedule and was carefully priced to ensure that buyers would enjoy capital gains. KEN Damansara 2 was launched in 2004 offering larger units with enhanced features such as reinforced concrete walls and conventional brick wall columns at its penthouses to enable flexibility. The third and most affordable of the trilogy, KEN Damansara 3, was launched in 2005. The trilogy marked the successful debut of KEN Holdings in the realm of property development.
